DJ Batgurl Bio

Dj Batgurl aka Jenny Canlas has been mixing Hip Hop r'n'b for more than two years breaking into the very niche oriental female dj market. Her spin on records will get even the toughest of crowds on their feet.

Batgurl is married to another of London's finest DJ's, Dokio. A self taught DJ gives her music a new unique style giving the London Hip Hop scene a female touch. The decks have become second nature to DJ Batgurl constantly fine tuning her skills and it really does show in her sets.

Dokio has been her inspiration behind her success. He has worked closely with her to help her learn the skills that she has today.

Batgurl's biggest oppotunities opened up when Kpop team offered a seris of sets to the newly discovered DJ Batgurl. Hustle was her first big set to prove herself to the crowd and is now a regular DJ at most of Kpop team's events.

Her popularity and magnetism draws anyone to her even is she isn't djing. Her take on Hip Hop R'n'B adds a whole new level to the dj community.

"Before Hustle, when Dokio dj's a party i always tag along for moral support and he sometimes let me dj when he gets a long hour set. In that sense I could practise spinning live. My usual practise is usually at home having a house party with my friends when playing poker!" - DJ Batgurl
