KARMA ENTERTAINMENT

Karma Entertainment was initially started by three university students from each corner of the midlands. The aim was, and still is, to provide appealling, fresh and creative oriental parties for students in Birmingham. The objective of this site is to help you find out more about parties and the DJ's that we use. They are normally the uncredited heroes of our parties who keep the party spirit alive all night with thier amazing selection in music.

Karma Entertainment's launch party was in November 2006 at Liberty's. Over 400 people came in our nicely named spooky theme, a lot of ghosts and vampires in one room. Also involved with the party were Birmingham University's FECX society and Aston's chinese society. Our opening DJ's were Shortie.p from Shortie Entertainment London and Dj Alexandros a Midlands DJ who previously was Fantasia.

Soon after the success of the launch party DJ Alexandros was brought on as a new member of Karma Entertainment as Lead DJ. Karma Entertainment followed up Halloween with CNY and Aqua at SoBar. These twp events led to the discover of a new and exciting talent in the form of DJ Dokio from London. Soon after Dokio was referred to Kpop Team and is now a resident dj at all the Kpop Team events. Events soon started to appeal to local Birmingham party goers with the impact of Halloween still on people's minds.

Karma Ent has now moved to a promotion and support organisation for London, focussed on web promotion and background support for events and promoters. Dj profiles are now available on the site. The main purpose is to promote the DJ's within the chinese music community and recognise real talent. The Karma Entertainment site is now a useful base for promoters to advertise their events free of charge.

Over the past year Karma Entertainment has been linked to Kpop Team Events such as Hustle and Summer Jam. The majority of the events have been within the London city area where we have good relationships with the venue managers. The following has slowly been building up with tickets for each party selling out extremely fast.

Recently we have opened up our Parties Index page for external promoters to put adverts for their events. All you have to do to get your advert up on the site is to message the admin and you will be contacted OR you can ring the general information line OR text the general information number. We offer a variety of ways to get in contact with us and get promoted. It is all easy and quick.
